Kezaco? is operated by Wei Square Limited, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By using Kezaco? you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

THE SERVICE
Kezaco? is a free daily guessing game. A new puzzle is published every day. No purchase is required to play.
We provide the service "as is" and make no guarantee of continuous availability. We may change, pause, or shut down any part of the game — including seasons, leaderboards, or leagues — at any time.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your magic-link emails with others.
You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain a ranking advantage is not permitted.
We may suspend or permanently delete accounts that breach these terms, without prior notice.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to: use bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit guesses or interact with the service; attempt to access or reverse-engineer today's answer before it is revealed; scrape, reproduce, or republish puzzle content systematically; use a username that is offensive, impersonates another person, or violates anyone's rights.
Leagues are private spaces — you agree not to use them to harass, bully, or harm other players.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All puzzles, clues, design, and content on Kezaco? are owned by Wei Square Limited, unless explicitly mentioned (pictures for example). You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our permission.
Sharing your personal result card (score and guesses) on social media is encouraged — that's part of the fun.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wei Square Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
